Alignment and Magnification

Sometimes it is necessary to align objects or text - I'm sure I'll add my annual comment about text and baseline alignment at some point ;) - manually (select object and use arrow keys). If you attempt this when the page is magnified and an object is too big then the object seems to re-centre on page making alignment impossible.

Perhaps a simpler way of demonstrating the problem is to try and use the arrow keys (or even the mouse) to move an object partially off a magnified screen - it is impossible.

I understand that it is good to avoid the object going off the page but that should be different to off the screen.
