Inconsistent use of comma or dot as a decimal separator on French macOS

In different tools generating some text (e.g analysis or fragmentation tool), CD sometimes uses a dot as the decimal separator and sometimes the comma (per French system settings).

As the text itself is in English, I think CD should only use a dot everywhere and not a localized decimal separator.
