Colour Accessibility

Hello! it was a very nice and aesthetic update to include pastel colours for CDv21 in highlighting structures and ring-fill colours.

I thought it would be interesting to include a colourblind palette at the interface of ChemDraw for colourblind/ non-colourblind users to avoid promblematic colour combinations during presentations and publishing
