Hotspot drawing

I have noted inconsistent behavior as I add various bonds and it is especially evident when I draw spirocycles. Note, I do not extensively use key commands to draw these. The problem is evident when using the mouse, you cannot move around in the hotspot because if you do then the spirocyclo is not drawn correctly. If you watch the attached 9 sec movie where I was using the cyclohexane tool. Note the first and last cyclohexane spirocycles fail to draw correctly. Similar behavior is observed in drawing fused bicyclics. I expect that if the hotspot is active then my drawing should be happeing at that position not exactly where my mouse is.
