Additional Layer commands

Currently ChemDraw only has two layer commands - >Bring to Front< and >Send to Back<. This means an object can be moved to the front or the back only.

Most graphics software or presentation software have two additional commands >Backwards< & >Forwards< that allow an object to move just one layer in any direction. This makes the creation of visually appealing graphics far easier/faster.

Just a thought
