Tools revert to default settings when application is closed and then reopened. For example, in sub-menus, choose medium-headed arrow, dark sphere in orbitals, and plain line in drawing elements. Work on a document. Close and relaunch. The defaults (large-headed arrow, pi orbital, shadow box) have replced the previous selections . When working on a large number of files, it is annoying to keep changing these options every time the program is launched.
